We are tired of all the "look at me" attitudes, lack of humility, and disrespect for others in the world today. We are here to help others change their lives for the better. We take a holistic, no bullshit approach to training, health, fitness, nutrition, and improving lives. If you want to perform better in sports, you don't just do a few sprints the week before a match or game. If you want to lose weight, you don't just eat a salad once a week. With the 3G Fit approach we believe that a better life can be traced back to just a few key areas. Fitness, nutrition, and mindset can change lives in ways we never thought possible. The problem is that most of us either don't know how to do it, or refuse to take responsibility.
No matter your age, sex, race, financial status, personal disabilities, mental roadblocks, personal excuses, or how busy your life is, you CAN work on your fitness and you CAN reach your goals. It all starts with self awareness and effort. Sometimes where you want to be physically can seem so far away. It seems impossible and hopeless to try. The reality is that fitness starts with getting outside of your comfort zone, getting outside of your own head, and taking one step at a time. We are here to help along the way!
Many numbers are thrown out to demonstrate how important nutrition vs. fitness is to reaching your goals. Some say proper nutrition is 60%, 70%, 80% of reaching your goals. There is no definitive answer since we are all different, we all have different diets, and we all have different needs. What we can tell you is that any fitness plan, and any goals you have, MUST be backed by proper nutrition to succeed. Many people hear the word diet and think of Paleo, Weight Watchers, Keto, or eating nothing but rabbit food and dry tasteless meats, but the reality is that most of us just need to know what to eat and when. We explain what and when to eat to reach your goals. We address bad habits, and show you where to go from there. Once we find out your long term goals, and what you like, we can fine tune from there!
Sometimes getting on to a better path with fitness and nutrition can be tough. There are many of us out there that do not have a lot of support, or need some extra help in being held accountable. A lot of us simply don't know where to start, or what to do when we hit a roadblock. We offer all of our information for free through this website and our social media accounts. The only things we charge for are our more in-depth options such as customized diet and exercise plans tailored for you, 1-on-1 coaching, and tangible merchandise. At 3G Fit we are working on a program to help with both online, and 1-on-1 coaching. We all have struggles in life. Whether it be fitness and nutrition, finances, business, career, relationships, parenting, or just general heartache and pain. Who we are is not a culmination of what has happened to us, but rather what we choose to do in those times and understanding that we are the only ones who can control where we go from here. Getting on the road to healing and living a better life starts with an understanding of how we got to where we are, honest evaluation of ourselves and what we can do differently moving forward, and the grit to see it through.
